What comes to mind when you think about chiropractic care?

Dr. Kayla took on lots of questions and talked through her journey of using chiropractic care, finding functional medicine to fill in the gaps of her own care and others, and why people of any age or health status can benefit from using chiropractic care.

If you’ve been curious about what chiropractic all entails or you would like to hear many misconceptions cleared up, tune into this episode for realignment and lots of helpful information.

3 Gold Stars

  1. You can never have too much information regarding your health (whether it be functional medicine, chiropractic, etc.). Take the first steps to learn more and don’t be afraid- you are not alone.
  2. Try chiropractic (especially if you’re pregnant or have a newborn).
  3. Have fun with it- health can really be fun.
