1. Start your day with one minute of quiet with your hand on your heart and simply feel it beat or your hand on your belly and feel it move up and down while you breathe.
2. Start writing your thoughts down so you can see them outside of your head. Set a 5 minute timer and write every single thought down, no judgement, simply release the thoughts. You have now created even more space empowering thoughts to grow.
3. Know that you do not have to believe everything you think and you can choose to think whatever you want, no matter what anyone else thinks or says.
