How often do you catch yourself evaluating your friendships?

If the answer is never, we’re going to help you check in on how they are serving you and if the answer is too often, we’re going to help you let go of overthinking. Friendships are crucial to our wellbeing. Whether life is better than ever, a straight up dumpster fire, or somewhere in the middle, we need good friends.

  2. Ask your friends how you can support them and tell them how you best feel supported. 
  3. Schedule something fun with a friend (even if it’s just a FaceTime date).
