Customized Training Plans + Coaching Calls
Customized 5K-Marathon Training Plan + Coaching- to get you race ready and keep you motivated along the way.
Prior to receiving your training plan, you will meet with Andrea for a 15-minute call to discuss your goals, race details, and schedule your 3 coaching calls. You will receive a training plan for your race, tailored to your schedule, endurance, and cross training preferences (i.e. yoga, biking, strength, etc.).
Coaching throughout your training will provide accountability, safety, and inspiration to keep you pursuing your training and race goals. With Andrea, you will connect your mind and body to maximize your race experience. Not only will you have 1:1 support, you will have a plan that meets you where you’re at and builds your stamina so you can confidently cross the finish line.
