Customized Training Plans
5K-Marathon running distance plans to get empowered and race ready.
Prior to receiving your training plan, you will meet with Andrea for a 15-minute call to discuss your goals and race details. You will receive a training plan for your race tailored to your schedule, endurance, and cross training preferences (i.e. yoga, biking, strength, etc.). You will have a plan that meets you where you’re at and builds your stamina so you can confidently cross the finish line.
